This policy explains what information ronenabudi.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this site and any GEO audit request you send through it. Effective July 2, 2026.
Who runs this site
ronenabudi.com is Ronen Abudi’s independent GEO consulting practice for e-commerce brands. I’m the only person who has access to the data this site collects. Questions about this policy or your data go to hello@ronenabudi.com.
What I collect
When you email me or request a free GEO audit, I receive whatever you include: your name, email address, store URL, and any details about your platform or goals. I don’t run a contact form that stores submissions in a database separate from that email thread.
Like most sites, this one also collects basic usage data automatically: which pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location from your IP address, and the device or browser you’re using. This comes through standard analytics tools and helps me understand which content is actually useful.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies from analytics tools to distinguish returning visitors from new ones and measure overall traffic. These cookies don’t identify you by name and I don’t use them for advertising or resell them to anyone. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works fine without them.
How I use your information
- To reply to your message or deliver the GEO audit you requested
- To understand which pages and topics are useful, so I can write more of what helps
- To keep the site secure and working correctly
I don’t sell your data, rent it, or use it to build an ad-targeting profile. I don’t add you to a marketing list from a single audit request; if I ever offer an email newsletter, it will be opt-in only.
Who I share it with
Your information passes through the vendors that keep this site and my inbox running: my hosting provider, my email provider, and my analytics tool. Each of them processes data only to provide their service to me, under their own security and privacy commitments. I don’t sell or share your information with anyone else, and I don’t hand it to data brokers or advertisers.
How long I keep it
I keep audit requests and email correspondence as long as it’s useful for our conversation or ongoing work together, then archive or delete it. Aggregated analytics data (the kind that can’t be tied back to one visitor) may be kept longer to track trends over time.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@ronenabudi.com and I’ll handle it directly, usually within a few business days.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. Checking back occasionally is the best way to stay current.
